Hugo D'Alton

Postby Tosh Marshall » Fri Dec 18, 2009 8:13 pm

A friend of mine recently came across some now defunct Guitarist/BMG magazines from 1973 in a charity shop in Dover. They featured an interview with the late Hugo D'Alton, who taught Alison Stephens and Nigel Woodhouse amongst others. For those interested, I have put them into a pdf file and posted them on our Self Help Group site: http://mandolins.yolasite.com/articles.php

Hi Dave,
I tried the link and it works for me. The first pdf is large (2mb) and is 5 pages, so it maybe it's a bit big for some users. I can always split it up into individual pages. Anyway I emailed them to you, so see if you can open it that way......
All the best

It could be a browser problem Dave. I use Firefox, not IE. I took Stevie K's advice and removed the apostrophe from the file name, so it's just Hugo One and Hugo Two now.

I have now scanned these as individual pages and hopefully people can access them without too much difficulty.
