Dawg Picks Needing a Good Home

Postby john carr » Tue Aug 31, 2010 9:56 am

Hey Guys,

I bought a couple of Dawg mandolin picks through mail order but found that they're a bit thick for me.

If anyone fancies giving them a try please get in touch and I'll post them on to you, they might as well get some use instead of joining my pick graveyard!!!

Best wishes,

John.

I did the same as you John, and found them too heavy.

I don't think they're too thick - I use ones of similar thickness - it could be down to the profile of the corners. i can't get on with them either and have been meaning to try bevelling the edges in the same way as a Wegen.

I'll try anything once - and I like heavy picks. Are they still available?
